Skin-Spa only retails new
products. All items are obtained
directly from the manufacturer or
authorized distributor at the time
of each order. This ensures that
every customer receives the most
up-to-date, fresh and secure product
available.
Shipping Damages
& Problems
Please inspect your order immediately
upon arrival and report any shipping
problems or errors to Skin-Spa
within 48-hours of receipt. If your
shipment is damaged, save the
product and original packaging in
the event that it is needed for a
claim with the carrier.
Damaged merchandise will be replaced
with like item(s) at no cost to the
customer.
Unwanted/Unused Products:
You may return your purchase
within 14-days of receipt for a
refund. All returned
products must be in their original
packaging and in new/resale
condition. Outbound shipping
(including promotional shipping) and
return shipping costs will not be
refunded.
We are unable to accept returns
on any opened or used skin care,
body care or cosmetics in order to
maintain product integrity and
customer safety. We also cannot
accept returns of opened CDs or
DVDs.
Defective Products:
Contact Skin-Spa within 14-days of
receipt with product concerns.
Defective merchandise will be
replaced with like item(s) at no
cost to the customer. Depending upon the product
and claim, the item may need to be
returned to our store and evaluated
prior to sending a replacement.
After 14-days the
manufacturer's warranty applies to
all products and must be contacted
by the customer to make any
complaints.
To return an item, please use the
form below to obtain a Return
Authorization Number (RA#) and
instructions. Orders returned
without a RA# will not be accepted
or processed.
All returns must be received and
evaluated by Skin-Spa prior to
providing a refund or shipping
replacement products.
Refunds will be issued
in the manner in which they are
paid. Please allow 30-days for
return processing and refunds to be
issued.
